11 December was het zo ver, de Primark in Den Haag opende haar deuren voor het publiek. Het twaalfde filiaal in Nederland en met 5296m2 is het de grootste van de Benelux. De winkel is gevestigd op loopafstand van het centraal station aan het spui en word gezien als 'flagshipstore'. Die naam is het zeker waard, want het is een prachtig filiaal geworden! Drie verdiepingen gevuld met dames, heren en kinderkleding en uiteraard de home afdeling. Zoals altijd was de opening voor de pers en de bloggers om 9.30 uur. Voor het publiek gingen de deuren om 11 uur open. Wij mochten als eerste van de winkel en het overheerlijke ontbijt genieten. En de winkel, die is een bezoek meer dan waard!

On the 11th of december it was time for Primark The Hague to open her doors. It's the 12th shop in the Netherlands and with 5296m2 it is the biggest store in the BeNeLux. Primark The Hague is located at the famous 'spui', only a short walking distance from the central station. It is a true flagshipstore, it's beautiful and huge! As always the opening for the press and bloggers was at 9.30, so we could see the shop peacefully. The three floors are filled with womenwear, menswear, kidswear and ofcourse the home department which I absolutely loved. At 11 o'clock sharp the doors were opened for the fashionista's who were already in the que outside. We enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning and discovered this amazing shop. Primark The Hague is worth a visit!
Samen met mijn vriend was ik uitgenodigd om naar de Primark opening in Arnhem te gaan. Gezien wij nu in Utrecht wonen was dit eigenlijk prima te doen voor ons en dus gingen we samen vroeg op pad. De Primark in Arnhem is gevestigd in het oude pand van de Bijenkorf en is met 5600m2 de grootste Primark van Nederland! Het is de tiende vestiging van Nederland en telt twee verdiepingen; de begane grond is voor de dames en de eerste etage is voor de heren, de kids, de homeafdeling en ook de ondermode en schoenen zijn hier gevestigd.

Together with my boyfriend I was invited for the opening of Primark in Arnhem. Since we live in Utrecht, Arnhem is pretty close and it was just about 40 minutes by train. The Primark in Arnhem is located in the old building of the previous Bijenkorf and is with 5600m2 the biggest Primark in the Netherlands. It is also the 10th Primark here in Holland and has two floors; on the ground floor are all the women clothing and on the first floor you can find the men's department, home section, kids section and the underwear and shoes.

Ongeveer twee weken geleden was ik aanwezig bij de pers presentatie van de autumn/winter collectie 2014 van Boohoo. De prachtige Amsterdamse showroom van CreamPR was omgebouwd tot een Boohoo walhalla, wat een prachtige items! Ik keek mijn ogen uit. Mooie printjes, felle kleuren, fluffy bontjassen en prachtige accessoires. Onder het genot van een heerlijk hapje en drankje mochten wij de items bekijken. Ik ken boohoo al wat langer en ben echt verliefd. De prijzen zijn zeer betaalbaar en de collectie is een lust voor het oog; heel hip en draagbaar.

About two weeks ago I was invited for the press presentation of the autumn/winter collection 2014 by Boohoo. The beautiful showroom from CreamPR in Amsterdam was changed into a Boohoo paradise, so many gorgeous items! I had no clue where to look because everything was just superb. Beautiful prints, bright colors, fluffy coats and amazing accessoiries. While enjoying a nice snack and drink we could check out the upcoming autumn/winter collection. I know Boohoo for quite some time now and I absolutely love this webshop. The prices are really affordable and the collection is a must; it's very on trend and wearable.

Vanuit het Primark event in Nijmegen op 31 maart ben ik direct door gegaan naar Amsterdam voor een hele speciale samenwerking van Specsavers met het scandinavische merk Cheap Monday. Op die dag werd de nieuwe eyewear collectie aan ons getoond door middel van een stylerun. En wat was het weer ontzettend leuk!
We spraken af bij Boca's in de Amsterdamse Jordaan waar we te horen kregen dat Specsavers samen met Cheap Monday een heeeeule mooie collectie brillen heeft uitgebracht. Vervolgens werden we opgedeeld in 3 teams van elk 3 bloggers. Ik was gezellig samen met Linsey van Pose Blog en met Sofie van Chicks about Fashion. Onze eerste opdracht was het 'ontwerpen' van een bril. We gingen met verf en pennen aan de slag en kwamen toen op ons thema: we besloten Cheap Monday uit te beelden als 'expensive monday'.

From the Primark event in Nijmegen on the 31st of March I went back to Amsterdam for a very special collaboration from Specsavers with the scandinavian brand Cheap Monday. During that day they presented the new eyewear collection and we had to do a stylerun! It was alot of fun!
We met at Boca's in Amsterdam where we discovered that Specsavers developed a complete eyewear collection with Cheap Monday. They divided us into three teams of each three bloggers. Together with Linsey from Pose Blog and Sofie from Chicks About Fashion we were crowned as 'team A' (from Awesome ofcourse!). Our first challenge was to 'design' a pair of HUGE glasses. We used paint and pencils and while working on the glasses we came up with a very special theme for our team: we decided to change CHEAP monday into EXPENSIVE monday :)

31 Maart was het dan eindelijk zover: de opening van de nieuwe Primark in Nijmegen! Dit is het 7e filiaal van Primark in Nederland. Ik was uitgenodigd voor de persopening die om 9 uur 's morgens zou beginnen. De officiële opening voor het publiek was om 11 uur, dus twee uur de tijd om rond te struinen in dit prachtige nieuwe filiaal.
Het was een dikke twee uur reizen voor mij, maar het was het zeker meer dan waard! Wat een mooi, ruim filiaal van ruim 4300m2, verdeeld over drie etages. Ik was zeker niet de enige bij de persopening, er waren superveel bloggers en veel andere pers. Primark had alles goed georganiseerd: een lekker ontbijtje, een mooie speech en vervolgens een rondleiding door de winkel.
Nijmegen heeft net als de primark in Eindhoven een hele mooie schoenen afdeling: het is eigenlijk een winkel in een winkel, super mooi opgezet en een hele grote collectie! We kregen allemaal een cadeaubon van € 50,- en die heb ik meteen opgemaakt in de winkel. Ik heb heel wat mooie dingen uit de zomercollectie uitgezocht welke ik binnenkort in een filmpje zal laten zien. Terwijl ik in de rij stond bij de kassa begon het aftellen... Om 11 uur precies ging de winkel open voor publiek, en wat waren het veel mensen! Zijn jullie al bij Primark Nijmegen geweest?

On the 31st of march the 7th Primark in the Netherlands opened her doors, in Nijmegen. I was invited for the official press opening which started at 9 o'clock in the morning. The official opening for everyone else was at 11 o'clock, so I had two hours to discover this amazing new Primark!
It took me two hours of traveling but it was definitely worth it! What a beautiful, spacious branch of 4300m2. There are three floors filled with amazing clothing, shoes, bags and home items! There were also lots of fellow bloggers during the press opening and we enjoyed a nice breakfast, a good speech and afterwards a tour through the new store.
Primark Nijmegen has a beautiful shoe department: it is actually a store in store, beautifully organised and a very large collection! We all recieved a voucher worth € 50,- and I spend it all during the morning! I found some really pretty items from the summer collection which I will show you soon in a shoplog video. While I was waiting to 'pay' at the cashdesks, the countdown started! At exactly 11 o'clock the shop opened her doors for everyone else and oh my, a lot of people! I'm a very lucky girl with my job as a flight attendant: I'm able to see all these amazing cities all in europe. That's how I discovered the Urban Outfitters store. It's very popular in the United Kingdom and every time I visit the UO shop I am in fashion wonderland :)
Urban Outfitters is a store with original, vintage inspired clothing. They have their own very cool brand, but also sell other labels such as House of Holland and Cheap Monday. Besides that I love the variety of products and clothing they offer in the shops: besides clothes they also sell books, jewelry, shoes, bags and all kinds of very cool stuff for your home.
And now the good news: Urban Outfitters has opened a store in Amsterdam! Yes people, shopping has just become even better in Amsterdam! The store is huge, the collection is amazing and the interior of the store is beyond cool. And don't forget to bring your boyfriend: the mens department has the coolest stuff! I had a fantastic day during the press event and got to see it all. There were nice beverages and delicious snacks, I got my nails done, there were wonderfull people and even an amazing gift! Thanks again Millie, it was a wonderfull day!

Two weeks ago I attended the Ecco Get Winterproof bloggers event in the beautiful 'the view in the city center of Amsterdam.
Ecco showed their beautiful new winter collection (you can see the TV commercials right now) with amazing leather shoes. I loved the burgundy ones, too bad I didn't win them! Marloes organized the perfect evening for us bloggers: there was delicious food and drinks, beautiful shoes, a nice DIY table where you could make your own clutch and there was so much more!
I enjoyed a short facial from the girls from Dayspa Aveda Amsterdam: it was sooooo good! I loved all their natural beauty products from Aveda. Afterwards I got my make up done and made my own DIY clutch with the beautiful leather from Ecco. Besides that I enjoyed a lovely white tea from 'Mevrouw Cha' and you could 'strike a pose' with a handsome Viking, haha!
It was fun to see all the other girls, chat about fashion, shoes and pictures and enjoy a good night out in beautiful Amsterdam. I would like to thank Ecco, Marloes and Serena: it was a lot of fun, well organized and I loved the goodiebag!

Hi dear all, again apologies for my absence the past few days. I've been so busy! I just got promoted to senior cabin attendant and the last couple of days was actually my first trip standing in front of the airplane instead of the back, and I'm really enjoying it! It's a complete different point of view and I'm now in 'charge', or 'responsible' for the cabin is better to say.
Anyway, last week I went to the SO PR pressdays in the world fashion center in Amsterdam. Wow, amazing building! It was my first time there, won't forget it for sure! Everyone was so friendly and I saw so many amazing things! SO PR was by far the biggest PR agency I went to and I was suprised by all the brands!
As you probably all know I only take pictures of things I love, so below you'll see the most beautiful things I saw during the SO PR pressdays. I fell in love with the Goosecraft leather and suede jackets, so pretty! There was one with lots of fringes, totally breathtaking! Besides that SO PR is also the agency for Afterdrk, she showed us some clean clothing in pretty colors. Her white blazer was stunning! It definitely suits her and would look amazing on a lot of people!
Bon Bon Boutique had some cute jewelry which would look fabulous in combination with a bohemian chic style. I also loved the Gaudi shoes, I would describe them as 'hysterical in a positive way' with lots of sequins and embellishments. And do you already know Lola Brood? She had some crazy print tshirts and an awesome leather fringed vest! Totally cool!
The lovely girl from BE Creative make up (soon in stores at Ixi Paris!) showed me which colors would look nice on the eyes and the lips. I felt so pretty afterwards! And I loooved the hearted sweater from Frogbox and the new collection from Bas Kosters, so crazy, so beautiful! Anyway, I hope you like my pictures and it was lovely to meet all the bloggers and the people from SO PR! Thanks again for having me, I had an awesome time!
Yesterday I joined my blogfriend Leslie from 'Les is More' to the Ganbaroo PRpr pressdays to check out the autumn and winter collections for 2013. Ganbaroo represents pretty cool brands such as Dennis Diem, HunkyDory, Humanoid, Modström, Paige, Toms and many, many more!
When Les and I arrived at the headquarters of Ganbaroo PR, we were asked to take off our shoes and take some pictures. Ganbaroo represents TOMS shoes and they have organized 'one day without shoes' on the 16th of april 2013. One day without shoes is to bring global awareness to children's health and education. I think it's a fantastic idea and think everyone should join!
After taking our pictures going barefoot, we went inside and discovered the new collections for the autumn and winter 2013. I saw lots of soft colors (HunkyDory), leather (Modström), lace (By Ti Mo) and furry vests (Modström). I fell in love with the collection from Hunkydory, they had an amazing dress completely bedazzeled, it was sooooo heavy, but extremely pretty. I basically loved their entire collection and think every item would fit perfectly in my wardrobe. PAIGE showed us some pretty awesome printed skinny jeans! I also really liked Samsoe and Samsoe, they had some lovely knits! I really liked the dotted Toms shoes and think they would look pretty cute under a pair of skinny jeans. And I absolutely LOVED the new vans collection! So cool, so many awesome prints! Anyway, look at the pictures yourself and decide which one you like the most!
As I mentioned in my previous post, I entered the stylings contest during the Cream PR DIY bloggers evening. I had to style at least one of the pieces from the Summum Woman collection. Don't you just love the pants from Summum? I absolutely loved it! Unfortunately I didn't win but I'm definitely inspired when it comes to creating new outfits!
Any by the way, I'm back in blogging business! After three days of promotional training somewhere at Schiphol Airport, I passed all the exams and will now be trained for 8 flights next week. Not completely there yet, but almost! And by next week, I can hopefully call myself a 'senior cabin attendant'. :)
I was very thankfull when CreamPR invited me to join their CreamprDIY bloggers event! So on the second of april I headed to Amsterdam for a fun evening with fellow bloggers and awesome brands.
Together with Wendy from FabulousStyleWS I went to the summer collection launch party from the webshop Hippe Schoenen. The pretty owner of the webshop showed us the fabulous new shoes and my favorites are the leopard loafers!
It was a fun afternoon with laughs, talks, shoes, good music and other goodies. Hippe Schoenen is a very trendy online webshop providing you the best shoes of the moment. Amazing prices and good quality, can't wait for my pair to arrive! Will show you a.s.a.p!
Last friday, february 1st, Co/motion PR and PRBB organized the high end summer event in their beautiful showroom located in the citycenter of Amsterdam. It was my very first time to go to a press event and it was so much fun! Besides meeting great bloggers like Les is More, Fashiable, Fabulous Style WS, Jennie from the blog, Style Chameleon and many more, it was amazing to discover new brands!
I absolutely loved the summer collection of Numph, 10 Feet, Blend and my all time favorite was the beautiful maxi dress from Nikkie Plessen, seen on the picture above. Her collection in general is pretty amazing as well, but this dress is an absolute winner! The evening was filled with lots of chatting about fashion and photography, eating delicious food, drinking the best mojitos and there was a wheel of fortune! Besides an amazing goodiebag from Esprit I won a dress from Numph and a beautiful mint colored jacket with the wheel of fortune, pretty amazing huh?
