Voor mijn 25e verjaardag kreeg ik van de familie van mijn vriend deze hele toffe sensationail gellamp cadeau. Ik ben er zo onwijs blij mee dat ik hem wel met jullie moest delen. Waar je bij de schoonheidsspecialiste al gauw zo'n 30 euro betaald voor shellac, kan je het onwijs makkelijk thuis doen. Het is net zo mooi en blijft net zo lang zitten. For my 25th birthday I recieved a sensationail lamp from my boyfriends family. I'm so pleased and happy with it, that I had to share it with you guys and girls! Where you pay about 30 euros per session at a beautycenter, it's much easier and cheaper to do it at home! It is just as good and stays on just as long as the 'professional' ones. En ja, wat is het nou eigenlijk? Door middel van een gel basislaag, een gellac en een gel topcoat waarbij je elke keer zo'n 30 seconden tot 1 minuut onder de lamp moet, creeër je hele mooie en sterk gelakte nagels. Mijn nagellak blijft tot wel twee weken zitten! Daarnaast ziet het er ook echt mooier uit dan 'normale' nagellak. Ik kreeg een compleet pakket van mijn schoonfamilie. Hierin zat niet alleen de lamp maar ook 1 gelnagellakje, een basis/top coat, cleanser en nog wat andere benodigdheden.
So gellac, what is it? You start with a gel basecoat, a gel nailpolish and ofcourse a gel topcoat which you all have to dry under the blue lamp for about 30 seconds (the base and topcoat) or 60 seconds (the gelpolish). You create beautiful, strong polished nails and it lasts for two weeks! Besides that it looks way more pretty than normal nailpolish. My present contained of a complete package: not only the lamp but I also got a base/top coat, a cleanser, a nailvarnish and some other items too.
Als ik mijn nagels met deze lamp lak, en dus gellak aanbreng, kost het me bij elkaar ongeveer 15 minuten om prachtig gelakte nagels te krijgen. Dat valt echt wel mee, zeker omdat je het dus maar eens per twee weken hoeft te doen. Mijn nagels zijn daardoor sterker en breken niet meer af.
When I do it, which is ones every two weeks, it takes me about 15 minutes to have beautiful, well polished nails. That is not a big deal, because you only have to do it once every two weeks. My nails are much stronger since I use sensationail.
Mijn tips? Koop je gellakjes op ebay. Mijn favoriet zijn van Keiko op ebay voor slechts $ 2,50. Ik heb hier al meerdere kleurtjes van en ze werken echt prima! Ik weet dat ook de kruidvat nu gellakjes verkoopt voor 10 euro per stuk. Ook een tip en zeker goedkoper dan de echte 'shellac'. De lampen kan je tegenwoordig ook overal kopen. Kijk eens op bol.com, want deze lamp is slechts 59 euro.
My tips? Buy your gel polishes on ebay. My favorites are from Keiko on ebay. They are about $ 2,50 each. I already own several colors which I all love. Nowadays you can also buy them at your local drugstore, maybe a bit more expensive. You can buy the lamps basically everywhere. Take a look on bol.com or maybe amazon to find your lamp. In the Netherlands, they start at 59 euros.
Deze heb ik ook. Ik vind het effect prachtig, maar het eraf halen is bij mij echt een ramp. De vorige keer was de nagellak met mijn nagellak vergroeid en heb ik 2 maanden met een lullig stukje nagellak rond gelopen.
