TRAVEL: Thailand, Koh Phangan

Today we moved to another resort. I heard so many great things about the Baan Manali Resort here in Koh Phangan that I really wanted to stay there. The first two nights Baan Manali was already full, therefore we stayed in the other hotel I told you about. But today we could finally move and we're here for the next 4 nights!

After the move we walked around on the private beach and explored some new beaches as well. Koh Phangan is just so pretty! We rented a motorbike again, this time a little bit more expensive (200 baht per day) because of the hills here. We needed a powerfull motorbike. During the evening we had a nice dinner at Nic's restaurant in Haad Rin. Really good food, friendly waiter, just perfect :)

The hotel
The Baan Manali Resort is located close to Thongsala, the biggest city of Koh Phangan. But the resort has it's own private beach and is surrounded by palmtrees, it's really peacefull and quiet out here. The bungalows (we got one with ocean view) are spacious, clean and luxurious. The resort doesn't have a pool, but the beach is one footstep away. The owners are very friendly, helpfull and the breakfast is just delicous. Homemade bread and very healthy products! I'm in love! And the good thing? We payed just 1290 baht per night!
