Minstens twee keer per maand ga ik samen met mijn moeder mijn twee favoriete kringloopwinkels in Zaandam af. Daarom zal je ook bijna in elke outfit die ik draag wel iets van de kringloop zien. Ik heb ook al behoorlijk wat kringloopwinkel filmpjes opgenomen! Het blijft leuk, dat schatzoeken :). Onlangs vond ik deze supercoole blazer, eindelijk eens een leuk jasje in mijn maat! En het was nog een koopje ook, voor € 4,50 ging hij met mij mee naar huis. Ik draag een high waisted skinnyjeans erbij en mijn favoriete enkellaarsjes. Hebben jullie veel items van de kringloop?

At least twice a month I go on a thriftstore shopping spree together with my mum. Therefor you can almost spot something from the thriftstore everytime I post an outfit photo, I really like thrifting. I also already posted a couple of shoplogs on youtube from the thriftstore. Thrifting is like treasure hunting for me. So recently I went on a trip and ran into this beautiful vintage blazer, and it was in my size too! That is kind of a miracle nowadays. Ofcourse I had to take it home, most certainly because it was just € 4,50! Such a bargain! I combined it with my high waisted skinnyjeans and favorite ankle boots. Onlangs was ik uitgenodigd door Luxury 4Life PR om tijdens de pressday aanwezig te zijn. In het prachtige Amsterdam, aan de luxueuze keizersgracht vond dit event plaats. We werden ontvangen met een heerlijke cocktail en konden uitgebreid de prachtige nieuwe collecties bekijken. Ook leuk: de eigenaren van de merken waren aanwezig om er iets meer over te vertellen.
Hoewel alles echt prachtig was in de showroom, hadden de tassen van 'Oldschool bags' echt mijn interesse getrokken: prachtige lederen tassen in hippe kleurtjes en printjes (14 mogelijkheden) en met een tijdloos design (want; geïnspireerd op de oude schooltassen). De tassen worden gemaakt in Nederland, net als het leer. De tassen zijn er in verschillende maten en je kan ze oneindig mooi stijlen.
Daarnaast trokken de sieraden van Tiger & Lily ook zeker mijn aandacht: wat een prachtige, fijne sieraden! Elk sieraad heeft zijn eigen verhaal; ze zijn een soort van stille boodschap voor iemand anders of juist voor jezelf. Tiger & Lily heeft prachtige armbandjes, kettingen en ringen in de collectie gemaakt van antiek, vintage en nieuwe materialen.

Recently I was invited by Luxury 4life PR to visit their pressday. The event took place in beautiful Amsterdam, somewhere at the luxurious Keizersgracht. Upon arrival we had a delicious cocktail and then it was time for the fashion part: checking out the new collections! It was also really nice to meet the designers behind the brands as well.
I really loved everything in the showroom, but the bags from 'Oldschool bags' were really amazing! Beautiful leather bags in funky colors and prints (14 colors) and a great design, because they are inspired by old schoolbags! The bags and the leather is made in the Netherlands. They are available in different sizes and there are so many ways to style them.
Besides that the jewellry from Tiger & Lily took my attention as well. Beautiful, fine jewellery! Each item has it's own story; they are some sort of silence messages for someone else or yourself. Tiger & Lily has beautiful bracelets, necklaces and rings all made from antique, vintage and new materials.
Herinneren jullie het event van Boohoo, autumn/winter 2014 nog? Ik kreeg daar een mooie waardebon en daarvan heb ik deze prachtige roze mantel uitgezocht. Ik ben sowieso wel echt fan van de webshop van Boohoo, ze hebben zulke leuke, originele items! Ik ben dan ook dolgelukkig met deze jas, hij valt echt op en hij is daarnaast ook superchique. Ik combineerde hem met mijn fake leather shorts van H&M en de watercolor trui van Vero Moda, ook te zien in deze post. De schoenen zijn cut out boots van H&M, gedragen in deze post. Wat vinden jullie van deze outfit?

Do you remember the Boohoo, autumn/winter 2014 event I wrote about? I recieved a giftvoucher and found this beautiful pink coat in their webshop. I am a true fan of Boohoo.com, all the items are super colorful, girly and original! And this coat is like a dream coming true, it really is an eyecatcher and it's superchique too! I combined it with my fake leather shorts from H&M, the watercolor sweater from Vero Moda, which you can also see in this post. And the shoes are cutout boots from H&M, also worn in this post. What do you think of this outfit?

Ik ging onlangs naar de Action en de Loods 5, beide in Zaandam en tevens mijn ultieme favorieten als het aankomt op aankoopjes voor mijn huis. Hierbij dan ook een leuke shoplog en aan het eind van het filmpje wat leuke interieur shots zodat je kan zien hoe ik de items heb gestyled. Even ter verduidelijking: ik woon samen met mijn vriend in Utrecht, maar aangezien wij beide vliegen en mijn moeder alleen woont, heb ik mijn oude slaapkamer bij haar nog steeds (ik ben bij mijn vriend ingetrokken, hij had alle spullen al). Ik slaap ook zo nu en dan nog steeds in Zaandam, niet alleen omdat het super gezellig is maar als ik reserve moet zitten voor mijn werk (stewardess, binnen 1 uur op schiphol zijn), is het vanuit Zaandam sneller naar schiphol als ik haast heb. Ik hoop dat jullie het een leuke film vinden.

Recently I went to the Action and the Loods 5, both located in Zaandam and my most favorite interior shops in The Netherlands. Therefor I decided to make a new shoplog and at the very end of the video you can also see some interior shots and how I styled my new items. To make some things clear: I live together with my boyfriend in Utrecht. However, since we both fly and my mum lives alone, I still have my old room (I moved in with my boyfriend, he already had all the stuff so I didn't had to bring any furniture whatsoever). It's not only super fun to spend time with my mum, but it's also pretty relaxed when I'm on reserve duty (I'm a flight attendant and if they call me, I have to be at the airport all ready within one hour). And from Zaandam it's quicker and easier to go to Schiphol Airport. I hope you enjoy this video :)
