RECEPT: Delicious pasta

So for today something completely new on my blog! I want to show you how to make my favorite dish of all times. It's really simple, it tastes very good and it's really healthy!

Follow my steps and let me know if you like it :)

You'll need:
* 1 yellow paprika
* 1 marrow
* 1 big union
* Garlic (I use alot, about 5 to 6 big pieces)
* Tagliatella (or any other pasta you prefer)
* 1 medium brocolli
* Black olives
* Tuna
* Olive oil

First of all you can boil some water for the pasta. Use the biggest pot you have! You can also cook the brocolli in the mean time. Chop the union, paprika and marrow in small bits. Also grind the garlic. Heat a non-stick frying pan and add some olive oil. Add the chopped onion and garlic briefly over medium heat until just translucent.

After 3-4 minutes, add the finely chopped paprika and marrow too. Wait then for about 3-4 minutes again for it to shrink and soften a bit.

Your water will probably be cooking right now, so you can add the pasta. Don't forget to stir your pasta after adding it! You don't want it to stick on the bottom of your pot! You can add some salt to the pasta if you like.

Start chopping the black olives into small pieces.

Add the peeled tomatoes,

and add the brocolli and black olives too. Make sure your brocolli is al dente when you add it to the mixture.
Photobucket
The last part is adding the tuna and stir thoroughly.
Photobucket
Don't forget to taste everything! That's what chefs are supposed to do!
Photobucket
Put the mixture back on the fire but make sure you turn the heat down!
Photobucket
Add some salt if you like.

After about 10 minutes (check the package for the suggested cooking time!) take a piece of pasta out and taste it. I prefer it to be al-dente. When it tastes good, empty the complete pot of pasta into a stainer and don't forget to shake out the excess water before your put it back into the pot.

It's ready to serve!

(optional) You can add some cheese if you want.

Et voila, bon appetit!

Since I'm basically spending my whole day inside, I figured it might be fun to show you an updated version of my room/walk in closet. Personally I love to watch other peoples closets and rooms, so if you know any, leave a comment! It's finally weekend and there are only three more days left of work at school. The 19th of january my training to become a cabin attendant will start, and I'm so excited! What are your plans this weekend? I'm going to shop with a friend tomorrow and spend the whole weekend learning some safety skills for my new job.

Have a great weekend!
xoxo

So far so good for the updating my blog part. It's not really working I'm afraid. Problem is my current job, where I need to work fulltime so I can leave earlier for my training as a cabin attendant. It's taking all of my time and when I'm at home, I'm absolutely exhausted! Anyway, since I don't want to neglect the blog I will show you a new picture of Lauren Conrad! What do you think about her new hair? It looks a little bit like the color I have right now. I think she looks stunning! And I love her outfit too!

WARNING: PICTURE OVERLOAD!

Back to reality and back to work. After two weeks working parttime at the airport and having 7 days in a row off, it's time to go back to work. I will be working a week and a half fulltime at school, before my initial will start as a cabin attendant. Yesterday I also had my very last day as a ground stewardess. Some of you might already know this, but I'm hired as a cabin attendant and will start the 19th of january with my initial (training). I graduated for aviation services and it has always been my ultimate goal. I'm going to miss my work on the ground though, but it's time to spread my wings!

And some pictures of the amazing 10 months I've had at the airport working as a ground stewardess. If you see by any change the airline company I'm working for, please do not mention it in your comments. Thank you very much.

Happy new year to all of you! I wish you all the best of luck, hapiness and love for 2011!

A new year begins today and we will leave 2010 behind us. A great change for a new start, or to continu with what was good. 2010 to me was a really good year. I started my traineeship at the airport and had the best 6 months ever, I've learned so much and grown alot. And I graduated for aviation services, I can finally say I'm done with school! I started a great but temporary job at school and continued working at the airport where I did my traineeship. And I got hired as a cabin attendant three weeks ago! Besides that I had a lot of fun with friends and I hope you had a great year too!

I hope you like the pictures of the outfits I wore in 2010.

And to all of you again, a happy newyear!
