Welkom in Linköping, Zweden. Dankzij mijn baan als stewardess kom ik op de mooiste en gekste plekjes van europa. Van Linköping had ik voordat ik begon met vliegen uiteraard nog nooit gehoord, maar het is een heerlijke stad! Bovendien had ik de mazzel dat ik met mijn oude klasgenootje en vriendinnetje Wendy mocht vliegen, wat het uiteraard nog leuker maakt! In Linköping hebben we lekker geluncht, gewandeld en zijn we met de cockpitcrew naar de 'oude' stad gelopen, waar nog echt oude huisjes staan. Superleuk om te bezoeken, al is het best een eindje wandelen! Ik heb wat foto's gemaakt en ik hoop dat jullie ze leuk vinden :)

Welcome to Linköping, Sweden. Thanks to my job as a flight attendant I'm able to see the most beautiful and intresting places in europe. Before I started flying, I have never heard of a city like Linköping, but it's such a great city! Besides that I was lucky enough to fly with my old classmate and friend Wendy, which makes our job even better! We had a nice lunch in Linköping and wandered around for a while. Together with our cockpit crew we walked to the 'old' city of Linköping, where they have really old houses and other buildings. Was super fun to see, but quite a long walk! I took some pictures which I hope you enjoy :)
Tijdens een heerlijke zonnige dag in Gothenburg hebben we het trammetje gepakt richting de meertjes en de bossen om daar lekker te picknicken. Even de drukke stad ontvluchten na 4 vluchten in de ochtend is soms best wel nodig. Mijn collega's gingen nog even zwemmen (mij te koud!) maar genieten was het wel. Ik vind Gothenburg altijd wel leuk, alleen heb niet vaak mooi weer daar gehad, maar zoals je ziet hadden we vandaag best geluk!

During a lovely summer day in Gothenburg we took a tram to the lakes and the woods to relax and pickknick. After a busy morning with 4 flights we always love to escape the citycenter to enjoy the nature. My colleagues went swimming (too cold for me) but I really had a lovely time. I really like Gothenburg, unfortunately I wasn't always really lucky with the weather. But as you can see, today was pretty good :)
As most of you already know, I earn my money by flying around europe as a flight attendant for a dutch airline. A couple of weeks ago I had a nightstop in Gothenburg, Sweden. We arrived early in the afternoon and had pick up time the next morning around 5AM.
Our hotel, the beautiful Gothia Towers, is located very close to the city center and just across the amusement park. There's a lot to do and to see in this beautiful city. And since the weather was beautiful this day, I took my iphone4 outside to show you the beauty of Gothenburg. Too bad I left my good camera at home, but the iphone in combination with the vsco app is a good replacement.
I definitely enjoyed the afternoon sunshine and the well maintained citycenter. Afterwards I had a lovely diner in the italian restaurant Incontro on the ground floor of the hotel. The food is extremely good and made with love! I had the veggie pizza, it was delicious!

Just a quick hello. I'm on my five day trip, currently writing from my hotelroom in Trondheim (norway). I was in Linkoping yesterday (sweden), and took a lot of pictures. The weather was extremely beautiful: blue skies, hardly any wind but it was really cold (during the night it was minus 18). I walked around, went to the gym and enjoyed a good lunch.
My challenge is going really well, only exercising is difficult because of my lack of time when I'm flying. But I ate fresh fruit and veggies everyday. How are you doing?
