Hi lieverds!

Hi sweethearts,
My dear boyfriend and I went out and about. In the area of Utrecht is a huge park/house called Amelisweerd where you can walk, wander, picknick and relax. They even have a biological garden where you can buy fruit and veggies!
We have been to Amelisweerd quite alot, even in summertime it's beautiful! Usually we go by bike, so that's the plan for the upcoming summer as well, I can't wait!

Haarlem used to be my home town for a year. But I moved back to my mum's place over a year ago. It's still a lot of fun to go back to the place where I once lived. Haarlem is so pretty, all the gorgeous little houses and the streets with all the flowers. And not to forget the cute little boutique shops and restaurants. Haarlem has it all, besides that it's really close to the airport as well!
Oh well, I'm probably not going back, but never say never. Who knows and a girl can dream, right?
The snow already disappeared almost a week ago in the Netherlands, but since I make my posts in advance, I had to show you the beauty of the Netherlands when it's covered in snow and ice... We're funny peeps, Dutchies I mean: we love cycling and... ice skating! As soon as it starts freezing, we're all getting a bit nervous. Will the ice be thick enough to skate? And as soon as it's thick enough, all the dutchies get their skates and go out into the fields, canals and lakes for hours of ice skating fun combined with 'koek and zoopie' (cookies and warm drinks).
Anyway, my friend and I went to the beautiful 'Vondelpark' in Amsterdam to skate, but unfortunately the ice was not thick enough. So we went to the famous 'Jaap Eden' skate track, which is also located in Amsterdam as well. We did quite a few rounds. My friend is actually pretty good on the skates, while I am... NOT. I learned skating at the age of 4 and did it almost every winter, but I am still not good. It's not my talent, but I enjoy it alot! Here are my pictures! Hope you enjoy.

A lovely day to stroll around in Amsterdam. The sun was shining, the temperature was above 15* celcius and the skies were clear. I went out for some beads shopping. Nowadays, I'm all into DIY'ing and stuff. And Amsterdam is the perfect place to buy beads and the equipment to make jewerly. I will show you more of my DIY projects soon!
I'm enjoying this beautiful weather to the MAX! I love to go outside, cycle or walk around with my face in the sun (ofcourse with some SPF!). Amsterdam is a beautiful place, and I live closeby! It's about 15 minutes by train to get into the citycenter, perfect, isn't it?
Chilling at the canalside or maybe enjoying the view from a boat, which I've done last year. I can't wait till the summer!
